Positive: Great 2 bedroom apartment, close enough to walk to the main strip of town and local attractions, well equipped with all your needs, especially the kitchen, great that it had laundry facilities as well.

Would have been great except for the 24/7 refrigerator noise.
Positive: Location to the "Wanaka Tree" was excellent.
Negative: Refrigerator had a 380-390 Hz hum that droned continually during our stay, day and night. We could even hear it in our bedroom. There were limited towel rods. The dining table chairs had protective pads on the feet to prevent damaging the floor - except three chairs were missing pads on one or two chair legs.
